How to make a return?

To return your order, please use the "Return your order" tab at the bottom of the page and follow the further instructions.

Free returns within Poland are provided by Inpost.
Parcels sent cash on delivery will not be collected at the collection point.

For foreign returns, the choice of carrier and shipping costs are at the customer's discretion.

 

 

What is the return time?

 

After receiving the order, the customer has 14 days to return it.

 

Is it possible to change the address after the order is placed?

 

It is not possible to change the address after the order has been placed.

 

Do we ship internationally?

 

Yes, we ship orders abroad.

Shipping outside Poland is subject to a fee and there are no free returns.

In the case of international returns, the choice of carrier and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Is it possible to return or exchange products purchased in a stationary store?

To make a return, you must inform the store staff of your intention to do so before making the purchase, and appropriate security measures are then put in place. Returns can be made within three business days. Only suits, trousers, jackets and coats can be returned, other items purchased in a stationary store cannot be returned.

Returns are made in the showroom where the purchase was made.

Can products purchased in an online store be returned to a stationary store?

It is not possible to return a product ordered in an online store in a stationary store.

What are the forms of delivery?

Orders placed within Poland are shipped via InPost carrier.
Orders placed outside of Poland are sent by Fedex carrier.

 

How can I choose my size?

 

If the customer has previously purchased from Albione, look at the product label and choose the size according to the said label. If the customer is buying for the first time, look at the size chart appearing next to each product on the website.
