Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return your order. Once your request is approved we'll email you the return instructions.

   Log in to your account

   Go to our store website and log in to your customer account. Go to account →

   Select "Return your order"

   Choose the "Return your order" option at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions. Return confirmation may take up to 72 hours.

   Pack the product

   Place the item in its original packaging. Do not remove original labels or security tags — this is a condition for accepting the return.

   Send the package back

   Follow the instructions in your approval email to return the package to us.

   Receive your refund

   The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment.
