We offer free and convenient returns via InPost. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order.

Log in to your account
Go to our store website and log in to your customer account. Go to account →

Select "Return your order"
Choose the "Return your order" option at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions. Return confirmation may take up to 72 hours.

Pack the product
Place the item in its original packaging. Do not remove original labels or security tags — this is a condition for accepting the return.

Drop off at InPost parcel locker
Use the return code to send the package via an InPost parcel locker. Shipping is free.

Receive your refund
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment.
Returning large packages
If the package does not fit in a parcel locker compartment, split it into two parts. Then generate a new return code for the second package and place both packages in the parcel locker.
